AchieveAbility
AchieveAbility is a non-profit corporation that works to break the cycle of poverty, one family at a time. AchieveAbility provides exclusive support that emphasizes responsibility and accountability to homeless, single parent families. As well as serving on the board, Donna works extensively with many of the "clients" in the program to help them to determine career plans.

Heifer International
Heifer International is a program that attacks poverty at its root by donating farm animals to families in third world countries where the addition of an animal can enable a family to thrive. Each year the Higgins Group contributes to creating an "ark" of farm animals as part of holiday gifts to its clients.

Smile Train
The Smile Train is a non-profit organization that is committed to eradicating the problem of cleft lips and palates. Smile Train uses it's funds to donate free cleft surgery to children whose families don't have the resources to afford it. For those children it provides a life-time of transformation - it is a modern-day medical miracle that makes a permanent, tangible, positive change in their lives.
