Search Execution
We source the universe, meeting personally with candidates to gain a detailed understanding of their skill set, background, personal style and key accomplishments. We perform extensive reference checks, including blind referencing. We listen for themes of what we can hear and more importantly what we don’t hear. We listen first. We listen second. Reporting

Negotiation
We coordinate negotiations to facilitate both client and candidate needs. We work to maintain clear communications identifying salary, bonus, benefit, relocation and other family issues very early in the search process. Our goal is no surprises.
