We meet with all key members in your organization to gain a crystal clear understanding of your position, company culture and any unique issues. Understanding the nuances of your search is critical in identifying what attributes will lead to success in your organization. From these meetings we build a position description that provides a framework to guide the search process.
- We develop and execute an internal search strategy that will be tailored uniquely to your search. Our network of trusted colleagues, built from years of cultivating relationships with senior talent, gives us incredible reach. Our database includes many thousands of detailed profiles on the world's top R&D talent.
- We source the universe, meeting personally with candidates to gain a detailed understanding of their skill set, background, personal style and key accomplishments. We listen first. We listen second. We see what is not obvious.
- We keep you closely apprised throughout the search with written updates, competitive intelligence and thorough candidate evaluations. We perform extensive reference checks, including blind referencing. We listen for themes of what we can hear and more importantly what we don't hear.
