Beth Becker brings more than 25 years of experience to The Higgins Group, having spent her career in retained executive search.  While she has spent the last 5 years at THG working in Research & Development, her experience includes work at Korn Ferry, Ken Clark International and Diversified Search Group within Commercial Ops, Tech Ops & Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Marketing, HR and Board of Director roles. 

Beth believes search is all about relationships and thus her commitment to candidates and clients is deep.  It is this belief and her passion to deliver that drives her each and every day.
