Meg Wilson brings more than 20 years of experience in service-oriented roles, with nearly 13 years dedicated to supporting clients and colleagues at The Higgins Group. Known for her collaborative and solutions-focused approach, Meg has worked across diverse industries throughout her career and plays a pivotal role in ensuring the firm’s executive search process runs seamlessly from start to finish. 

What motivates Meg most is the opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates while contributing to work that has a real impact. She finds purpose in knowing that the firm’s partnerships within the life sciences ultimately support innovations that benefit not only our clients but patients and families as well. Outside of work, she can often be found on the sidelines of a ball field cheering on her son.
