Lily has 17 years of experience in executive search at The Higgins Group, helping place leaders across all therapeutic areas in biotech and pharma R&D. She’s worn almost every hat at THG—from Researcher to Client Partner—and has been happily settled in her role as Search Consultant since 2017. Before executive search, she sold vaccines and primary care medicines for Merck. 

Lily gets a lot of satisfaction from helping others—enriching candidates’ lives and helping clients advance their science toward solutions that really matter for patients. Outside of work, she’s keeping busy with her husband, two kids, and an extended family that all conveniently live within a mile of her.
