Stephanie brings deep expertise in managing complex projects and driving operational excellence. Before joining The Higgins Group in 2022, she held roles at Tandigm Health, Brookdale, and Broadview Networks, where she built expertise in network transformation, vendor management, and operational leadership. Earlier in her career, she also directed programs and fundraising efforts at the Needlework Guild of America, strengthening her skills in management, analysis, and relationship-building.
