With more than seven years of recruiting and operations experience at organizations including Wayfair, NextGen Global Resources, and The Frank Recruitment Group, Sophia brings a deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle. She supports search execution through process optimization, candidate coordination, and consistent communication, while also leading the firm’s marketing strategy, content development, branding, sponsorships, and events. Her work ensures both the search process and the firm’s voice are delivered with clarity, professionalism, and consistency across the life sciences leadership community.
