Grounded in a wealth management background at Lincoln Financial and Osaic, she brings rigor, discretion, and a detail-first approach to qualifying talent across emerging biotech and pharma.

Shelby believes the quality of a search is set early, in the research. By mapping markets thoroughly and developing a more complete profile of the talent within them, she ensures that the insight reaching clients is both accurate and decision ready.

Outside of work, Shelby enjoys snowboarding, traveling, and spending time with her dogs.
