Cindy brings more than two decades of leadership and operations experience from mission-driven organizations, including prior service as Chief Executive Officer of the Lupus Foundation of America’s Philadelphia Tri-State Chapter. At THG, she builds the systems and structure that empower the firm’s search teams to deliver consistent, high-touch results for clients and candidates alike.
